Go to “My account → Orders”, open the order and click “Request a return”.
Place the unused item in original packaging with all tags & accessories.
Drop the parcel with the provided label. Track from your account.
Defective / wrong item: fully covered by us. Change of mind: return shipping at customer’s expense depending on area (Abidjan/Outside/International).
If stock allows, we exchange for another size/color. Otherwise, we issue a refund.
Important: keep the drop-off receipt. Untracked returns cannot be guaranteed.
